Investigating postures, meditation and chanting
Martyn Neal | July 4-6, 2019 | TALLINN, ESTONIA

TKV Desikachar often said that in a yoga practice there should be something for the body, something for the mind and something for the spirit. Postures serve the body, meditation serves the mind and chanting serves the spirit.
In this course we will investigate deeply each of the three aspects in such a way that it will give each student inspiration for his or her own personal practice. Those who wish to may ask to have certain postures checked in order to find
the best way to practice them according to their own capacities and objectives. Equally, for those who would like to obtain some personalized advice on their meditation practice their will be space to interact on what we experience in the
silent moment of meditation.
And chanting will bring us closer to the feelings which nourrish our hearts.

I am very happy to come back to Estonia and I would like to thank all those
who have contributed to the preparation of this course.
